Cape Town Service Centre has moved
In line with our promise to continuously strive to improve our service offering, Digicape is centralising our Apple Authorised Service Centre, which will move from Roeland Square to our Head Office at Golf Park in Pinelands, as of 14 December.
As an Apple Authorised Service Provider that offers both in and out-of-warranty repairs on Apple devices, our new and improved HO centre will allow us to service all Digicape customers from one centralised location.
Through this efficient utilisation of resources, we will be able to provide an enhanced service experience to our customers, who will have access to an extended, specialised team under the leadership of Digicape’s Technical Director Mark Parsons. Customers can also look forward to an improved reception area as well as ample, secure parking. We brew a mean cup of coffee, too.
Should one of your devices appear faulty or be in need of a service, please bring it to your nearest Digicape store, where one of our helpful team members will act as first line of support. If the issue is unable to be addressed in-store, we will escalate accordingly and arrange for the device to be safely transferred to our HO service centre at no cost to you. Once the fault is resolved, your device will be returned to the store swiftly, and you can simply collect whenever is most convenient to you.
