Our outbound service team are certified to Apple's highest level of qualification - Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC). We support Apple and Windows environments, hardware, software, networking, infrastructure, internet access, Mobile Device Management and device deployment solutions, hosted exchange and legacy systems and cutting-edge technology platforms.
Customers that prefer a fixed support agreement can opt for a SLA's that includes escalated telephonic support, priority routing through our Authorised Service Centre, scheduled and emergency on-site support and a repair and replace policy including the provision of temporary rental equipment so you can keep working while we’re taking care of your device. These services are also available to customers that need the support without the necessity of an SLA.
Digicape is a certified Apple Authorised Service Provider that offers both in and out of warranty repairs for all Apple devices, even those not purchased from us.
Our Apple Accredited Engineers are just the right people to give you great advice or a boost in performance and ensure that your warranty repairs, hardware and software upgrades are done expertly and efficiently to get you up and running as quickly as possible, with a priority service for critical repairs. What’s more we keep you up to date with our progress at every key stage via email or SMS via an automated service that requires your valid contact details, or you’re welcome to call the technician assigned to your device to check-in.
Only Apple genuine parts directly from Apple are good enough for your devices and with our service credibility and technical expertise you know you can trust us.
If your device is covered by Apple’s 1-year warranty, Applecare or Digicape’s extended warranty warranty you won’t pay for repairs related to hardware failures. (T&C’s apply)
If you’re unable to deliver your device to the nearest Digicape Authorised Center or collect it once the repair is complete, we'll arrange a collect or deliver service, for a small fee.
In each of our stores we have a dedicated area known as the 'Fundi Bar'. These quick-thinking technicians are here to help you with advice, guidance and the odd little problem that you may have. If it's easy to fix they'll do it while you wait, but if it's going to take a little longer to resolve they'll refer you to our Authorised Service Centre or arrange for someone to come to you.
