2 Business Rental Agreements – Subject to approval for qualifying VAT-registered businesses. Monthly payments are calculated based on indicative pricing over 48 months, excluding VAT and a once-off document fee. Agreements over 12, 24, or 36 months can be quoted on request. Monthly pricing is based on the trade-in of devices specified above. A debit order and insurance must be in place before goods can be released. Full comprehensive insurance with no excess can be arranged as part of the agreement on request. Business rentals are structured as Rent-to-Return agreements, where devices are returned to Digicape at the end of the term. Rent-to-Own options are available by prior agreement. Devices are subject to availability.

4 Trade-In Offer – Values are calculated on MacBook Pro 14" 2021, Apple M1 Pro 8-Core / 16GB / 512GB SSD for R19 500. Estimated trade-in values are based on working devices in good condition. Final trade-in value may be subject to change after in-store inspection. Multiple devices may be traded in to finance your purchase.
5 Extended Warranty – DPP Premium includes Apple's standard 1-year limited warranty and Digicape's 3-year Protection Plan, providing a total of 4 years’ warranty coverage. Valued at R2,299.
6 Complimentary 90-Day Remote Business IT Support – All registered businesses purchasing a Mac from Digicape receive 90 days of complimentary remote IT support, designed to ensure a smooth setup, fast onboarding, and optimal use of your Apple device from day one.
What’s included: • Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (excluding public holidays) • Initial Setup & Configuration: Out-of-box setup and Apple ID configuration, Wi-Fi and email setup, iCloud and cloud service integration, and data transfer from previous Mac devices • Application & System Support: Assistance with macOS app installations and settings, performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and backup configuration (Time Machine, iCloud) • Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting: Support for Wi-Fi and printer connectivity, as well as office network configuration • Apple Ecosystem Enablement: Integration of continuity features such as AirDrop, Universal Clipboard, Handoff, and more; iCloud sync and cross-device optimisation • Security & Business Compliance Basics: Guidance on password policies, FileVault encryption, secure screen lock setup, Apple Business Manager and device enrolment best practices.
Conditions: Support is provided remotely via phone, email, or screen-sharing session. Valid for Apple computers purchased by registered businesses from Digicape, for 90 days from the date of invoice. Limited to devices listed on the business invoice. Excludes hardware repairs, on-site support, and third-party software or hardware not supplied by Digicape. After the 90-day period, clients may opt into Digicape Premium IT Services for continued support.
7Microsoft Training – Customers will receive one complimentary Microsoft Office training session with their purchase. Customers may choose between Excel, Word, or PowerPoint training. Training is delivered remotely and scheduled by appointment.
