A step-by-step guide to ordering online.

Register as a DigiMate

To take advantage of ordering from our online store, and pre-order newly released goodies, you need to be a DigiMate.

If you haven't already registered, don't worry; you can sign up just before checkout. And it's free!

If you are a member of Momentum Save Thru Spend you can take advantage of the scheme's benefits by adding your 13 digit ID number to your details when you register.

Shop

At anytime whilst browsing the store, click the 'select' button to add the item(s) you choose to your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

You can review and update the contents of your cart at anytime by clicking on the 'your cart contains' link.

Remember that all prices include VAT.

Checkout security

As an added security feature you will be asked for your DigiMates login and password before checkout - to prevent any unscrupulous characters ordering anything when you are away from your Mac! Momentum Save Thru Spend members can add their 13 digit ID numbers at login.

Delivery

There are two options - you can pop in to our retail store to collect your purchases or you can choose free delivery which takes 2-5 days.

Billing details

During the checkout of your first purchase you will be asked for your billing details (address and contact telephone number). If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, please provide the company name and VAT number - so you can keep the tax man happy. If you are a member of Momentum Save Thru Spend you can take advantage of the scheme's benefits by adding your 13 digit ID number to your details when you register.

You only need to provide these details once, as your DigiMates profile will be updated automatically. All your information will be kept securely - we won't share your information with anyone else!

If you move house, change phone numbers etc. you can update your DigiMates profile via the link in the DigiMates area.

Payment options

When you are happy with your order (your details are correct, the items are the ones that you want etc.) you can choose to pay using Visa or Mastercard credit cards, using a mobicred account or by bank transfer.

Credit card payments

If you choose to pay by credit card you will be directed to our secure payment page where your credit card details will be verified. Our website is compliant with the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure schemes. Therefore you may be asked to input your security code, or to join either scheme directly after you have filled in your credit card details. Upon successful authorisation of your card you will get an on-screen confirmation of your order with an order reference number and you will also receive confirmation by email. Please note that we do not settle the payment amount immediately.

On receipt of your order, our online team will make sure that all your requested items are in stock and check the expected delivery times. This information will then be emailed to you.

At this point you can choose to either cancel the order or to accept and confirm your order. If you decide to confirm the order we will then settle your credit card payment and process your order. If you decide that you do not want to proceed with the order the authorisation on your credit card will automatically lapse.

Orders will be processed during our retail store opening hours. When your goods are ready for delivery or collection we will notify you by email.

If you choose to pay with a mobicred account all you need is your mobicred username and password to initiate the purchase which will be verified by One Time PIN (OTP).

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will get an on-screen confirmation of your order with an order reference number and you will also receive confirmation by email. Please include this reference number in any correspondence.

On receipt of your order, our online team will make sure that all your requested items are in stock and check the expected delivery times. This information will then be emailed to you.

At this point you can choose to either cancel the order or to accept and confirm your order. When we receive your final confirmation of the order you will need to pay by making an electronic transfer, or by making a direct deposit into our account and emailing us proof of payment:

As soon as your payment has cleared into our account we will process your order. If we do not receive proof of payment within 2 working days of your order we will cancel the order.
