How to book a repair
Customers who require an iPhone screen repair will be able to walk in to any Digicape location nationwide and book their device in for a screen repair. Repairs will be completed within 4 working days, subject to demand.
*iPhones that have the following damage will not qualify for screen replacement.
The housing of the iPhone cannot be damaged severely (light dents and scratches are acceptable).
The iPhone cannot be bent, have liquid damage and or multiple issues such as, apart from screen damage, the iPhone no longer switches on.
The iPhone cannot have water damage, rear housing glass cracked, smashed or broken.
Customers booking in the iPhone for screen replacement must back up their iPhone prior to requesting a screen replacement service. This is of the utmost importance, as the iPhone will be restored to factory settings and all data will be wiped off as part of this repair procedure.
Find my iPhone must be switched off, and the iPhone must be fully charged or is able to switch on at time of booking it in, in order to run diagnostics.
If your iPhone has 3rd party parts installed, Digicape will unfortunately not be able to assist with a screen replacement.
The screen repair includes a 90 day warranty or the remainder of your warranty period, whichever is longer.
