The new iMac continues to feature the stunning full HD resolution LED-backlit displays in a breathtaking all aluminium and glass enclosure, but now with faster graphics and a new processor architecture.

The new iMac features the latest Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 processors across the line. Dual core processor speeds starting at 3.06GHz, going up to 3.6GHz, and quad core processor speeds of up to 2.93GHz enabling you to run applications faster and more efficiently than ever before.

All iMacs now come standard with discrete leading-edge graphics from ATI, giving customers choices from the high performance ATI Radeon HD 4670 to the ATI Radeon HD 5750 with 1GB GDDR5 for the ultimate in graphics performance. The new high performance graphic options let you run demanding 3D games or other applications with higher performance requirements.

For the first time, the iMac can be also ordered with a 256GB SSD delivering a further performance boost. The SSD can be configured as primary disk or as an additional drive, where the SSD will come pre-configured as your boot drive.

iMac configurations are supplied with 4GB RAM as standard and can be upgraded to 16GB. 500GB and 1TB hard drives are standard, and can be upgraded to 2TB.

The iMac continues to provide a breakthrough multimedia experience with Mac OS X Snow Leopard and iLife.
